Project Planner

Circet Wireless are looking for a Project Planner to join our team.

The Project Planner will assist the Build Manager across the engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. The role will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical, Civils, Rigging and DICI activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

• Responsibilities :
• To be responsible for ensuring the completion of planning and coordinating the logistics of the projects, working closely with the clients and the Project team
• Monitoring and reporting of real-time progress on a daily basis to the Programme Manager
• Planning of internal and external resources in the delivery of the construction Rigging and DICI activities end to end.
• Responsible for ensuring that Health and Safety is implemented, and all concerns are reported to the Health and Safety team
• Liaising with Rigging teams, both internal and external resources, on a day-to-day basis to resolve issues
• Reviewing of detailed designs
• Feedback and communication to the project team on a regular basis
• Complete pick list and kit call off’s

Update Site Live PACS & any other project tools to ensure sites are kept current

Ability to delivery high standards and a right first-time approach
