SITE MANAGER REQUIRED – 12+ MONTH CONTRACT

Location : Princes Risborough, HP27

Project :

• 4 Barn Conversions – high-end residential standard

Duration : Minimum 12 months (strong potential to extend).

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a quality-driven barn conversion project in Princes Risborough. You will be responsible for managing the build from early stages through to completion, coordinating trades, maintaining programme, and ensuring exceptional standards throughout.

You will need New Residential Build experience as 90% of site is New Build Residential

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience managing barn conversions or similar residential refurbishment projects

SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS

Strong background in managing trades, Health & Safety, and day-to-day site operations

Confident communicator with the ability to work closely with the client and subcontractors
