In this role, you will provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services across all wards, including covering admissions, medication reconciliation, TTAs, and a variety of clinical responsibilities. Limited dispensary checking and minimal tech support mean your expertise will shine in clinical settings.

What you will do:

• Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services, ensuring optimal patient care.

Requirements:

• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• A valid driver’s licence is preferable, as you may be required to travel locally.
