RS Wheels Refurbishment Ltd is a family-run business specialising in alloy refurbishments and SMART repairs, since its establishment in 2014. As we continue to grow, we are looking for SMART repair technicians to join our team.

_ There will be an opportunity for this role to be subcontractor / self-employed position with the ability to set your own working days and hours, working in a variety of dealerships and prep centres. _

We are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking and skilled technician, the ideal candidate will be responsible for :

Assessing and repairing damaged vehicles using company mobile repair van.

Preparing vehicles for painting by sanding and filling in dents and scratches.

Mixing and applying paint to vehicles.

Ensuring paint jobs are completed within the agreed timeframes and to the required standard.

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

The ideal candidate will have :

Strong attention to detail

Commitment to quality workmanship

Excellent problem solving skills

The ability to work under pressure

Good Communication

The ability to work independently and organise workflow accordingly

Candidates must :

Be over 25 (21-25 is acceptable but without a clean UK driving licence this may lead to higher insurance premiums.)

Hold a clean UK driving licence
