Low Latency Java Developer

Our client, a Tier 1 Investment Banking institution, is seeking a Lead Java Developer to be a key individual contributor in the rebuild of a business critical ecommerce platform. You will be working with the front office at all levels to ensure that the requirements, design and build are conducted accurately and efficiently. The most important responsibility, however is applying your etrading platform experience to a high quality development environment. FX or rates business knowledge is an essential for this role (flow and derivatives).

Key tech experience requirements :

• Java programming, real time systems with an emphasis on low latency techniques
• Microservice architectures and grid computing
• React front end development or interactions with front end development teams
