Electric Star Pubs is an independent pub group with a collection of distinctive venues, each offering its own character. We are rooted in our local neighbourhood/community and are proudly supported by loyal guests. Our founding belief is that the people make the pub.

Founded by owner Rob Star in 2008, starting with the Star of Bethnal Green, we have since expanded to 9 venues across East and central London. Each of our venues has its own unique style, sharing our commitment to hospitality, great experiences, and places people genuinely enjoy spending their time in.

Role

We are seeking an Operations Manager ready to step into a multi-site role, with strong operational experience gained in pubs or hospitality. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident in working closely with on-site teams to deliver service, support day-to-day operations, and maintain high standards across our venues.
