Senior Chartered Building Surveyor

We are delighted to be working with Terracotta Properties to find a Senior Building Surveyor, chartered MRICS.

The team provides the full suite of professional services includingPre-Acquisition / Due Diligence Surveys, Party Wall, Dilapidations, Schedules of Condition, Planned Maintenance, Defect Diagnosis, Cost Consultancy and Reinstatement Cost Assessments alongside both Contract Administration and Project Management instructions.

The team works across both residential and commercial property types.

We require a person with good knowledge and experience in providing both professional and project management services on a range of property types within Greater London and into the Home Counties.

Main Duties

• Undertaking Pre-Acquisition / Due Diligence Surveys across a range of building types
• Acting as Party Wall Surveyor for both Building and Adjoining Owners
• Acting as Dilapidations surveyor for both Landlords and Tenants
• Production of Condition Surveys / Planned Maintenance Strategies
• Undertaking inspections and producing Defect Diagnosis Reports, Schedules of Condition and Reinstatement Cost Assessments (RCAs) for ...
