The school is now seeking a Qualified Teaching Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This specialist primary setting supports children who have been excluded from mainstream education and pupils with SEMH and additional needs, offering small class sizes and a highly personalised approach. About the Role: Supporting pupils in small primary class groups (maximum 6 pupils) Working closely with the class teacher/tutor to support learning and behaviour Providing academic, emotional, and pastoral support Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies Delivering small-group and 1:1 interventions Contributing to individual support and behaviour plans The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification Have experience supporting children with SEMH or complex needs Be confident managing challenging behaviour Be adaptable, nurturing, and consistent in their approach Thrive in a structured, relationship-led environment Why This School?
