Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior Manager to join our Audit team, in our brand-new Bristol office. Our Bristol Audit team has grown significantly in the last couple of years and the vision is to continue this growth journey whilst maintaining the friendly, sociable and open culture of the team who benefit from a good work life balance as well as the opportunity to grow and develop your career further.

Responsibilities

As an Audit Senior Manager, your responsibilities will include :

• Client work : Ensuring that clients receive an efficient and proactive service and client expectations are met. Liaison with client Partners and other S&W staff where appropriate to ensure all are kept up to date with relevant issues. Client billing.
• Audit work and setting budgets : awareness of commercial aspects of clients business and impact on our work. Arrangement of timetable, booking of staff, planning review and completion of audit and other related assignments.
• Staff Management : Organising staff on jobs, setting expectations and timescales, is properly trained and receives constructive feedback. Ensure any shortages or excess workloads are identified and minimised. Liaison with junior staff to assess any issues and provide resolutions.
• Business Development : including preparation of proposals, attending marketing events, presenting at seminars, attending client segment focus group meetings, developing personal contacts and identifying opportunities with current client.
