Installation Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong electrical and mechanical knowledge and experience in installing coffee vending machines and / or white goods. This role involves installing our coffee stations at sites around England and Wales, ensuring that all installations meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The Installer will work both independently and as part of a team, contributing to the successful delivery of projects.

Duties

Install coffee stations at various sites across England and Wales.

Make sure before leaving site, customers have all the stock and promotional materials required to hit the ground running with their new station.

Communicate to the client the basic maintenance requirements, and show them how to replenish stock, and clean the machine.

Provide maintenance support for installed stations, supporting the engineering team in the workshop.

Maintain accurate records of installations and removals.

Skills

Full UK Driving License

Excellent communication skills for effective telecommunication with clients and team members.

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
