Responsibilities and Duties

• To professionally lead the care team at all times to ensure a safe, effective and well lead care provision is maintained.
• Support the people in the home to achieve the outcomes they wish to achieve through an enabling and supportive approach
• Represent the The Oaks brand by maintaining a professional and welcoming presence for all team members, residents, and visitors.
• Attend and actively contribute to team meetings.
