Job description

Account Director FM Service Provider London Liverpool Street Up to £95,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a leading FM Service Provider at one of Londons most iconic buildings, situated near Liverpool Street. CBW are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Director to oversee the hard services delivery within this prestigious commercial property.

The successful candidate will be technically qualified (M&E) and must demonstrate a strong background in commercial building maintenance, ideally with previous experience in a Senior Account Manager or Operations Manager role. You will be responsible for managing and developing a high-profile hard services contract within a dynamic and demanding environment, with significant scope for future growth and progression.

Hours of work

  • Monday to Friday - 08 : 00am to 17 : 00pm

Package :

  • £90-95K+ package
  • Annual Bonus (performance related)
  • 26 days holiday
