This includes many common platforms such as phone, email, SMS, phone calls, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp and WeChat amongst many others. This allows companies to communicate in a compliant manner, whilst driving greater data-driven insights from the data they already have to store.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our company's objectives and marketing needs.
• Manage SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Create content for digital campaigns that aligns with brand TOV and positioning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize landing pages and user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and digital campaign conversion rates.
• Work with our team to ideate new and innovative growth strategies.
