Field Sales Manager
OTE of £40k+ per annum
Our client is an outsourced B2C Sales Company and has a Sales Manager role within their field sales team. The role will be face to face speaking with members of the public, whilst also taking charge of a team of sales advisors, training them up to learn about the business of field sales and giving them the skills to become successful.
The main aim of this role is to increase revenues on behalf of their clients, they feel the best way to do this is to meet potential customers in venues such as supermarkets. At the moment they are running a campaign on behalf of national charities to help build more brand awareness and more importantly, increase their monthly donations to help them continue their fantastic work.
Sales Manager Requirements :
Strong communication and listening skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Venue based not D2D.
At least 2 years Experience within B2C field sales, within a similar role, ideally working with Charity clients and experience in sales training.
Ideally be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
Target driven and / or money motivated.
Must be eligible to work full time in the UK.
