Our client is seeking an experienced Roofing Operations Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple roofing contracts and play a key role in expanding the business.

Role Overview :

As Roofing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of live projects, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Youll manage site teams and subcontractors, liaise with clients, and maintain commercial and operational control. This role also carries a business development aspect, with the expectation that you will help grow the department by securing new work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the delivery of multiple roofing contracts (planned and responsive)
• Oversee site teams and subcontractors to ensure performance and compliance
• Ensure adherence to health and safety legislation and company procedures
