SEN Teaching Assistant - Full Time - Blackley

Start Date : After October Half Term

Agency : Spencer Clarke Group

Contract : Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

Spencer Clarke Group are currently working with a welcoming school in Blackley who are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.

This is a full-time position , starting after October half term, with the potential to transition from a temporary contract to a permanent role for the right candidate.

The Role :

Provide 1 : 1 and small group support for children with Special Educational Needs.

Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Support pupils with their social, emotional, and educational development.

Implement strategies to help pupils overcome barriers to learning.

The Ideal Candidate Will :

Have previous experience working with children with SEN (e.g. Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language difficulties).

Be patient, nurturing, and resilient with a positive attitude.

Be confident working as part of a team as well as independently.

Hold relevant qualifications or transferable experience (desirable but not essential).
