What would your responsibilities be? We're seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in line with the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards. You'll ensure high-quality care, safeguard young people, and manage staff, budgets, and day-to-day operations.
Key Duties :
Ensure safe, nurturing environment
Lead and support staff team
Manage care plans, compliance & home operations
Work with external agencies & families
Requirements? 2+ years' experience managing a children's home, supporting people with complex needs in a supervisory of teams capacity. Strong leadership & safeguarding knowledge. Level 5 Diploma (or working towards)
