About the Role :

Construo Recruitment are seeking an experienced Passive Fire Protection Contracts Manager to oversee and deliver a range of fire protection projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing specialist contractor, where you’ll play a key role in managing contracts from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Managing multiple passive fire protection projects simultaneously.
• Ensuring all works are delivered in line with compliance, quality, and health & safety standards.
• Leading project planning, programming, and financial control.
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners to ensure smooth delivery.
• Overseeing site teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
