Senior Care Assistant - Chippenham, Wiltshire Location : Chippenham, South West England Salary : £15.90 per hour Hours : Full-time, 36 hours per week Shifts : Rotation of day and night shifts, alternate weekends required

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant to support both residents and care staff in a 52-bed residential and dementia care setting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, fostering team development, and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities :

Support residents with daily living and personal care

Lead and mentor care staff during shifts

Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing

Assist with medication and care planning

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with care standards
