We’re building an open, collaborative culture and we are always on the lookout for top talent to join us in our next phase of growth. If you’re interested in working on business-defining engagements with some of the brightest minds in the industry, apply below!

Our Values

We’re committed to building an organisation where everyone can thrive. That’s why we collectively created the following values :

  • Own It : Take responsibility and make impactful decisions - your ownership drives our success.
  • Drive Excellence : Commit to being the best in what we do - excellence isn’t an option, it’s our benchmark.
  • Act with Integrity : Uphold a culture of trust and respect, build strong relationships and deliver on every promise.
  • Think Customer First : Put our customers at the heart of every decision you make - their success defines ours.
  • Go Big & Innovate : Be ambitious, challenge norms and innovate boldly to redefine what’s possible for us and our customers.

The Opportunity

Mesh-AI is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Programme Manager to lead and scale high-impact AI and data engagements for our customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of multi-million-pound, multi-workstream, multi-geography initiatives, balancing technical excellence, commercial success, and long-term customer impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of complex AI and data engagements, ensuring best practices in programme management, governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Oversee a portfolio of data and AI engagements, balancing resources, priorities, and risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Own the full engagement lifecycle—from pre-sales support and engagement shaping to roadmap definition, execution oversight, and post-delivery transition.
  • Partner with customers to deeply understand their business challenges and deliver solutions that drive measurable transformation and long-term success.
  • Ensure that AI and data solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices for security, fairness, explainability, and compliance.
  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing technical delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
  • Facilitate high-performing cross-functional teams, including Mesh-AI employees, contractors, partners, and customer personnel, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Contribute to Mesh-AI’s thought leadership, developing best practices, methodologies, and reusable frameworks to enhance our delivery capabilities.
  • Ensure engagements are commercially successful, managing budgets, forecasts, and profitability while maximizing value for customers.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, including technical risks, data privacy concerns, scope creep, and delivery bottlenecks.
  • Ensure AI and data initiatives adhere to industry regulations, compliance frameworks, and enterprise governance best practices.
  • Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading £2M+ multi-workstream AI and data transformation engagements, ideally involving complex, mission-critical, or multi-region deployments.
  • Technical expertise in cloud platforms, modern data architectures, and AI / ML deployment.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply Agile, Lean, and Product-thinking approaches to large-scale data and AI initiatives.
  • Expertise in change management, including technology adoption, organisational transformation, and cultural change.
  • Deep understanding of AI / ML operational challenges and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence executives, technical teams, and delivery partners.
  • Consulting or technology delivery experience, preferably within Energy & Utilities or Financial Services & Insurance industries.
  • Why Mesh-AI

  • Fast-growing start-up organisation with huge opportunity for career growth.
  • Highly competitive salary package along with company bonus.
  • A hugely collaborative working environment where every person’s viewpoint is considered - a chance to make your mark on the business from day one!
  • Financially backed business meaning security and support for new initiatives and global market expansion.
  • Pick your own Gear! Macbooks, PCs, Accessories!
  • Drive your development with a personal learning budget.
