Engineering Manager

About the Role

As Engineering Manager, you will take full ownership of the sites engineering function leading and developing the team, embedding a preventative and predictive maintenance culture, and delivering continuous improvement across the plant. Working closely with production, quality, and supply chain, youll ensure engineering excellence drives performance, productivity and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team to build a high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Drive a proactive maintenance strategy, with a focus on predictive and condition-based monitoring.
• Embed a zero failure mindset and data-led decision making across the team.
