Position : Paraplanner - Full Time / Part Time (minimum of 20 hours per week)

Reporting to : Directors

Location : Leamington Spa – mix of office and home working

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team in Leamington.

The Role

We are open to this role being either a developmental role for a promising individual or for an established competent paraplanner to come in and make the role their own.

There are three key elements to this role :

• Administrative support – we have an administrator but we all chip in.
• Paraplanning – research, analysis, plan design, report writing and client communication.
• Personal development – technical knowledge, communication skills, level 4 and beyond.
