Job Title - Multi Trader, Permanent (CIS OR PAYE)

Start – Immediate Start

Location – North London

Pay Rate – £20 per hour CIS

Hours : Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm – overtime available (Paid at time and a half).

Our client is well-established family run maintenance contractor based in the Southeast, and the work is primarily for a large pub chain but with also Nursery and Care Homes contracts with locations across London and surrounding areas.

Requirements :

• Must have experience in multiple trades ideally within basic plumbing, electrics, carpentry, floor laying, plastering and painting
• Willing to travel in and around London depending where the work is based
• Good customer service skills
• Full UK Driving Licence

Company van and fuel card can be provided for £15 daily fee which you can claim back, or you can use your own van and not pay this fee.
