AnestablishedManagedServiceProviderisseekingaTechnicalSolutionConsultanttojointheirteam.

Thispositionblendstraditionalinfrastructureskillswithmodernworkplacetechnologies,enablingclientstobuildsecure,scalable,andcollaborativeenvironments.Thesuccessfulcandidatewilltakehigh-leveldesignsandproducedetailedtechnicalsolutions,deliveringprojectssuchasinfrastructureupgrades,cloudmigrations,andMicrosoft365deployments.

KeyResponsibilities :

Createanddeliverdetailedinfrastructuredesignscoveringservers,networking,andcloudintegrations.
LeadMicrosoft365andModernWorkplaceimplementations,includingExchangeOnline,Teams,SharePoint,andIntune.
ProvideendpointmanagementandsecuritysupportusingIntune,Autopilot,andMicrosoftDefender.
Workcloselywithcustomerstoassesstheirenvironmentsanddefinetransformationroadmaps.
Producetechnicaldocumentation,runworkshops,andhandoversolutionstointernalteamsorclients.
DiagnoseandresolvecomplexinfrastructureandMicrosoft365issuesinhybridenvironments.
Keepuptodatewithemergingtechnologiesandbestpracticesacrosscloudandinfrastructureservices.
