We're working with a fantastic client looking to urgently hire a proactive, people-focused HR Adviso r to join their close-knit team.
This is a generalist role, offering end-to-end HR support across the full employee life cycle.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide HR advisory support across a high-volume portfolio.
Manage ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance.
Support organisational change (eg TUPE, redundancies, restructures).
Produce meaningful HR data and analytics to inform decision-making.
Coach and upskill managers on best-practice people management.
What We're Looking For :
Proven HR Advisory experience
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
Confident handling complex ER cases with a focus on early resolution
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
