About the Role

We’re hiring a Head of Contracts to build and lead our contract recruitment division. This role is for someone who has previously built or scaled a contract book of business, understands enterprise clients, and can go from zero to structured and scalable quickly. You'll own the P&L, lead client relationships, and eventually build and manage a delivery team. The expectation is to grow this line to $1M+ in annual billings within the first 12 months.

Responsibilities

Build and operationalize the contract recruitment function from the ground up

Own business development across enterprise accounts and project-based hiring needs

Lead delivery for contract roles including : Microsoft Dynamics (F&O, CE, BC), Salesforce (Admin, Dev, CPQ, Marketing Cloud), Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Cybers...
