Site Manager - Refurbishment projects _LIVE Environment_ works to include, office refurbishment. security upgrades, Lift Replacement schemes and Fire safety renewals.

Lead and manage the on-site delivery of Cap-ex Spend under NEC4 contract principles, ensuring safety, compliance, quality, and value for money. As the primary on-site contact for operational delivery, the Site Manager will oversee daily activities to ensure services meet contractual obligations and exceed client expectations.

Required :

Consistent achievement of service delivery KPIs and SLAs.

High levels of client satisfaction and positive stakeholder relationships.

Full compliance with statutory, contractual, and health & safety obligations.

Effective risk and issue management in accordance with NEC4 mechanisms.

Maintenance of a safe and healthy site environment.

Coordinate resources, stakeholders, and supply chain partners to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
