An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a top tier asset management firm as a Marketing Proposal Executive. The purpose of this role is to support the Global Marketing team and is best suited to candidates with a work history in RFPs.

The Marketing Proposal Executive will take responsibility for the following duties :

• Manage and lead the RFP / DDQ process, including assisting with drafting and creating RFP responses and ensuring responses meet agreed deadlines.
• Be the key contact for senior stakeholders and client groups.
• Proactively expand knowledge and understanding of the business’s products, services and internal systems to assist with developing responses.
• Responsible for ensuring all RFP resources are reviewed and approved before distribution, including meeting compliance standards.
• Actively contribute to team meetings, where appropriate.
