Teaching Personnel is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students and staff across a range of schools in Gateshead. • Deliver 1 : 1 and small‑group support to help students achieve their potential
• Use and strengthen your subject knowledge within a real classroom setting
• Contribute to a positive, motivating, and productive learning environment
• Work closely with teachers to adapt support to individual student needs
• A relevant degree and strong subject knowledge
• Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
• Confident, clear communication skills
• A proactive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards in the classroom
