Senior Software Engineer (Remote - Europe)

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work across the full software lifecycle, from designing and implementing backend systems to improving existing products and infrastructure. Accountabilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver on product and engineering objectives.
• Drive backend development for multi-tenant SaaS products, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and reliable systems.
• Participate in product discovery to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead large projects, managing progress, adapting to feedback, and iterating on solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, balancing time to market, quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases, exercising ownership and applying best practices such as code reviews, CI / CD, observability, and infrastructure as code.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the team.
