SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - DUAL ROLE - CLAPHAM
Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a well known independent estate agency specialising in residential Sales & Lettings in Clapham. They are searching for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This role will suit a highly driven London sales or lettings agent or graduate who is looking to develop their skills within a successful office.
Duties / functions of the role :
- Professionally registering applicants as well as answering online enquiries
- Arranging, attending viewings for prospective tenants and buyers
- Providing detailed viewing feedback to landlords and vendors to successfully garner offers
- Qualifying offers with the purpose of getting the best deal for all parties involved
- Building strong relationships with landlords, vendors, prospective and existing tenants and buyers and colleagues
- Completing the appropriate paperwork to create a smooth lettings and sales process
- Managing the lettings and sales process from offer to move in
