The Technical Support Specialist provides expert technical assistance to customers, internal departments, and sales teams. You’ll ensure accurate and timely communication of product information, assist with customer queries, and support both existing and new product development. Key responsibilities include producing technical drawings and calculations, maintaining technical documentation, and staying up to date with industry regulations.
