Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Development Manager :

• Lead sales development across Yorkshire, Durham, Northumberland and surrounding areas.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver structured one-to-one coaching and engaging team workshops.
• Ensure compliance requirements and internal standards are met.
• Promote ethical, customer-first sales behaviours across the region.
• Lead by example, motivating and energising colleagues to achieve excellence.
• Ensure customer-first behaviours are embraced and consistently demonstrated
