Position : HGV Mechanic

Location : Highbridge, Somerset.

Hours : Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm

Company : BWP

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) to ensure their safe and efficient operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Conduct thorough inspections and identify any potential problems.
• Carry out necessary repairs and replacements of parts.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

We have our own full equipped garage with a pit, pit jack, brake roller tester and full heating system with an office and a private toilet.
