Job Description – Transport Supervisor (Bulk TASCC Fleet)

Reports to : Transport Manager
About the Role
Bodens Group is looking for a proactive Transport Supervisor to oversee the planning and day-to-day running of our bulk TASCC fleet . You will be responsible for ensuring vehicles and drivers are scheduled efficiently, compliant with TASCC and DVSA regulations, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and allocate daily loads for the bulk TASCC fleet.
- Ensure TASCC compliance including documentation, vehicle cleanliness, and load traceability.
- Supervise and support drivers with briefings, compliance, and performance monitoring.
- Liaise with customers to confirm schedules and resolve delivery issues.
- Monitor fleet utilisation, costs, and performance KPIs.
- Work with workshop teams to minimise downtime and maintain roadworthiness.
