Finance Officer / Accounts Assistant
Location : Leamington Spa
Salary : £30,000 + Excellent Benefits
We're recruiting for a Finance Officer / Senior Accounts Assistant, to join a well-established organisation in Leamington Spa. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit operations team in a full-time, 100% office-based role.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage monthly management accounts and produce reports aligned to departmental budgets.
- Process payroll, pension contributions, and staff expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage income streams including invoicing for school fees and ensuring timely debt collection.
- Support the wider finance team with administrative duties, reporting, and financial planning.

Salary : £30,000 per annum
