Job Title : Children's Homes Team Leader

Salary Range : £43,180 - £50,444 assuming good attendance and up to 3 sleep ins per month

Location : Burford, Oxfordshire

Role and Responsibilities :

As a Team Leader, you will be instrumental in the daily care of our young people, ensuring smooth operations and creating lasting memories. You will also provide crucial support to the staff team and maintain high standards, with the capacity to deputize for the Registered and Deputy Managers when needed. We are looking for individuals who can connect with and build relationships with our young people.
