Pastoral Support Role - SEN School Location: Southampton Salary: £14.50 – £16.80 per hour (pro rata, but split evenly over 12 months) Contract: Term-time only (40 hours/week) About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Support member to join our team in our school setting. You will play a key role in supporting the wellbeing and personal development of our students, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and valued every day.
