Overview

Customer Service Advisor – Northampton (NN5).

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 1 weekend day every 2 weekends (day given back in the week). Hours : 11 : 00–20 : 00. Hourly rate : £12.21ph. Status : Temporary ongoing with the potential to become permanent after 12 successful weeks.

Duties

Inbound customer calls relating to queries around the delivery of their goods
Speaking with delivery drivers, scheduling their next drop and / or confirming arrival at a customer location
Booking in deliveries with customers
Writing emails to customers
Updating and maintaining the database with address details, or updates on the query

The Candidate

Exceptional customer service skills

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

MS Office - Word and Email
