Deputy Support Manager

Hours per week : 30hours, 4days out of 7

Location : Sheffield Area, covering any of our shops

Are you looking to use your retail skills in a role that makes a real difference? St Luke’s Hospice is seeking a Deputy Manager Support to assist in running our charity shops across Sheffield. You’ll help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our stores, working closely with Shop Managers and volunteers to maximise sales and support our vital care services.

About the Role

As Deputy Manager Support, you’ll play a key role in helping our shops succeed. You’ll :

• Step in to manage shops in the absence of the Shop Manager.
• Support volunteers to provide excellent customer service.
• Help achieve sales targets by overseeing stock management and shop presentation.
• Ensure that health and safety, security, and administrative procedures are followed.
