Job Description :

As a Sushi Sous Chef, you will be the backbone of our sushi operations, ensuring the seamless execution of service while leading and inspiring your team. You will work closely with the Head Chef to maintain quality and drive efficiency in the kitchen.

Youll work on a fast-paced, sushi section, ensuring that every piece is crafted with precision, paying close attention to detail. This position requires extensive understanding of sushi preparation, including fish cutting, rice preparation and ingredient handling as well as having strong management and teaching skills.

Responsibilities :

• Ensuring correct prep levels to ensure freshness and to control wastage.
• Ensuring deliveries and stock are put away correctly by the Goods Receiver.
• Daily due diligence.
