What Youll Be Doing

• Define and implement propositions for each own label brand to drive year-on-year growth.
• Manage the full product development lifecyclefrom idea generation to launch.
• Collaborate with marketing to shape brand identity.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Develop and execute a strategic Own Label Development Plan.
• Negotiate with suppliers on cost, timelines, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and brand standards.
• Approve samples, packaging, and production sign-offs.
• Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Procurement, Purchasing, and Marketing teams.
