Duties :

Responsibleforplanningandmanagingengineersdailyworkschedulewhichwillconsistofbothreactiveandpreventativemaintenance
GeneralAdministrationTasksincluding,emails,filing,sendingoutcontracts
Firstlinecustomerassistance-e.g.,answeringtelephonecallsanddealingwithcustomers.
Uploadingandallocatingdocumentstoonlinesystems
Managingdiaries
Allocateandscheduleworkforengineers

Tobesuccessfulyou'llpossess :

Previousexperienceinaschedulingpositionisrequiredforthisposition
