Overview

PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR, 3 - 7 YEARS' PQE, WEST YORKSHIRE, CIRCA GBP 55,000 DOE. An exciting opportunity to join a reputable firm’s personal injury team, recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers 2024. This role offers strong potential for professional growth. JOB REF : 1234

Responsibilities

  • Managing caseloads independently and drafting legal documents including MOJ Portal submissions, witness statements, schedules of loss, and client correspondence.
  • Maintaining high standards of client service, delivering timely and accurate legal advice, and achieving performance targets in line with the firm’s procedures and service expectations.
  • Working as a solicitor with 3–7 years PQE and a solid litigation background, with experience in EL and PL cases preferred.
  • Exercising excellent communication abilities, upholding exceptional client care standards, and applying a passion for Personal Injury law.

Qualifications

  • Solicitor with 3–7 years PQE and a solid litigation background.
