We currently have an excellentopportunityfor a Operations Shift Managertojoin a friendly andbusy on-site team for a waste treatment plant based in Fawley, Hampshire.

Responsibilities

The main purpose of the Operations Shift Manager role is to manage a multi-skilled team working to a 24hr shift pattern, whilst taking responsibility that operations and all works on site are compliant with regulatory requirements and the Company's safety, environmental and quality policies.

Your duties will includethe following :

Operations & Production

• Manage the workload and focus of the shift team and operating parameters to maximise processing rates within strict compliance limits.
• Provide effective reporting on daily throughputs and kiln conditions and ensure downtime analysis is recorded accurately.
