Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing business development strategies.
- Generating and converting new sales leads.
- Using phone sales, marketing, and networking to attract clients.
- Marketing high-quality candidates across multiple industries.
- Building and maintaining a Masterlist of contractors.
- Achieving KPIs including calls, meetings, and lead growth.
- Identifying customer needs and tailoring your approach.
- Managing leads from our Delivery team and tracking success.
- Attending corporate hospitality events to strengthen relationships.
- Negotiating using a strong “feature / benefit” sales approach.
Key attributes
Excellent telephone manner.Previous telesales / sales experience (preferred).Strong communicator in a fast-paced environment.Interest in recruitment or sales.Ambitious, competitive, and driven to progress.Benefits
