Responsibilities
Provide direct care and supervision to young people in a residential setting.Develop and implement individualised care plans.Assist with daily activities, support their understanding of self-care, education, and recreational activities.Promote a safe and positive living environment.Build trusting relationships with young people, offering emotional support and guidance.Maintain accurate records and documentation.What we offer

Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check or being willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencementAvailable to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings and sleepovers)Valid Drivers Licence and access to a vehicleAttained or working towards a relevantBachelor's Degree, Diploma or CertificateIV(Community Services, Youth / Social Work, etc.)Experience working with young people / childrenExperience working in other support work related fields, i.e. disability, mental health, aged care, and childcareKanda is committed to creating and maintaining a child safe organisation.
