Salary - £26,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience & interview performance)

Full time, permanent role

Do you have prior experience working with hazardous chemicals? Are you comfortable operating a forklift truck or counterbalance? We are currently offering the opportunity for a new Team Leader to join a hazardous waste company based in the West Midlands. This role is aimed at candidates with prior supervisory experience or those interested in moving into supervisor role.

IMPORTANT : This role will involve alternating morning, evening, and night shifts.

The Role

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for :

• Unloading of chemical deliveries from pallets into inspection bays,
• Inspections and operation of forklift trucks or counterbalances,
• Ensuring adherence of health & safety procedures within the waste facility,
• Training & supervision of junior operators.
