We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

The Role :

Join our inclusive primary school in Southwark and make a real difference. You will support students' academic, social, and emotional development, work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals in partner schools.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored lessons for students with SEND.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students
• Support the social and emotional development of students
• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
• Prepare and organise learning materials and resources
• Monitor and record student progress, reporting to teachers
• Support students during school activities, outings, and events
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and external agencies to support student needs
