Aspire People is working in partnership with an Ofsted "Good" primary school in Dudley, and we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teaching Assistant to join their exceptional team.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons.

Help to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.

Support children with additional needs, adapting your approach as required.

Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating atmosphere for every child.

What We're Looking For :

Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (essential).

A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or above preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude.

A genuine passion for education and helping children achieve their full potential.
